Having found meditation challenging herself in the early days, Chezzi understands that sitting still and switching off isn’t always easy. That’s why she has chosen to create a collection of shorter, easy-to-follow guided meditations with gentle instruction and guidance throughout, based on the techniques and approaches that helped her most.
Currently in production, these unique meditations are designed to support you wherever you are on your journey. From relaxation and mindfulness practices to visualisations for spiritual connection, energetic protection and personal empowerment, each meditation has been created to help you feel calmer, more connected and more aligned.
Personally written and recorded by Chezzi, these guided experiences draw on her studies in mediumship, intuition, consciousness and personal development, while remaining accessible to complete beginners.
